News New Pompeii Tickets from January 1, 2027: What Changes The new ticketing system for the Pompeii Archaeological Park comes into effect on January 1, 2027
From January 1, 2027, a new ticketing system will come into effect at the Pompeii Archaeological Park. The main change will be the introduction of a €25 single ticket, valid for 30 days. The new ticket will allow visitors one entry to each site of the Archaeological Park during its validity period.
The new €25 ticket
The new ticket will cover the sites of the Archaeological Park and will be valid for 30 days, with one entry per site. The new system has been introduced by the Park to make the purchase of admission tickets simpler and more straightforward.
Other ticket prices
The following admission prices will remain available from January 1, 2027: Oplontis: €8, Archaeological Museum of Stabiae: €8, Boscoreale: €8, MyPompeii Card: €45. Existing free admission and reduced-price provisions will remain unchanged.
Named tickets and identification
Tickets will continue to be personal and nominative. Visitors may therefore be required to show a valid identity document together with their ticket. The daily limit of 20,000 visitors to Pompeii will also remain in place.
